Need Legal Advice am 17!!?

Well I brought some currency for my game (that I play in my spare time) and it guaranteed on the site that it delivers the currency in 20 mins or less I waited until 2 hours later went on there site and they have live chat (kind of like msn only diffrence is its an operator) she typed to me asked me my email address I used I told her and then she said I hadnt made payment. I told her I had because I payed through credit card and I got a receipt in my email she asked me to show it I did, after an hour of waiting she finally told me that none of the suppliers where on to send them. It has nearly been 24 hours I have tryed 3 times and all the times I have got put on hold then she says the supplier is still not on please try later. she also want give me a refund. I have no idea what to do but im a full time student and I dont just have cash lying around I had to save for ages to be able to get the currency. is there anything I can do?
