Best monitor calibration system for the money?

What's the best monitor calibration system for a laptop. I would like it to be able to do what Spyder Pro does but cheaper. It's an LCD screen. I edit photos with PSE 8 and then print them. Would this make it so the screen and prints match? Thanks
