You can go to the LA county court house and they will have a method of contact for the San Fernando court clerk, or you can go to the DMV and they should have a record of it if it is outstanding, or you can take a day off and go to the San Fernando courthouse and get it settled. You will have to take time off to go to the LA county courthouse so may as well do it first hand.}{
