I can never call 999 in my dreams..it never works..?

When I have a bad dream, and in that dream i have to call 999, something always goes wrong, either the number does not work, or i cannot get through to them, i have never dialed 999 in my dream and spoke to an operator....i know this may seem like a silly question..but why do you think that is? does anyone else have this?
