How should I re-cook a chicken that wasn't cooked through?

I made a whole roasted chicken yesterday for my husband and I, with the intention of using the leftovers in pasta and for chicken salad. Since we only ate the outer part, I didn't realize until this afternoon that the inner parts aren't cooked through. How should I re-cook it to make sure that the parts that are already cooked don't dry out??
