Cant receive fta channel that is locked -Astra- with Boomerang CN and TCM?

Recently last Sunday Both Operates of Orange Operators opened TCM, Boomerang and Cartoon Network France on 19.2 Astra and TCM and Cartoon Network on 13E Hotbird. Today they locked it but Kingofsat and lyngsat didn't verify it locked thus Friday they unlocked CNN and locked it today too but no worries on Astra is available. Thats why im talking because its a pitty that its locked and there is maybe a functionality that could be seen because Kingofsat at least updater the Hotbird Satellite. Thanks
