Mitsubishi eclipse window wont go up?

I just bought the car used. It's an eclipse spyder. I just went to put the power window down and It went down until I heard a pop. Then the window stopped and I could push the window down. The window would not come back up, but I could hear the motor moving. Is this just a case of the window coming off the track? Would it be an expensive fix?
