2007 Johnny Pag Spyder 300?

Bought this bike last month, signal lights didn't work (the actual lights, or the indicators on the dash panel) so i got a new turn signal flasher from johnnypag.com and now the dash indicators light up (both of them regardless of direction and they dont blink?) but still no action comming from the bulb, anyone got a suggestion? hoping its like a fuse or something but i don't even now if motorcycles have conventional fuses?
