Will The Viper 5902 Alarm And Starter System Work On Any Car ?

I Have a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS Convertible..i was just wondering if it will install on my car since i dont know much about these security systems for cars. i am ordering it online so dont wana get into returning hassle if it does'nt work..and how much do they usually charge for the install ??
