Mover: North American or United Van Lines?

I've gotten 3 estimates & narrowed it down to 2. I'll be using a local agent affiliated with either North American or United van lines for a move from Delaware to Wisconsin. Which should I choose? Do both use owner-operators or do they own their trucks and drivers/movers work full-time for them?
